Preserving of icons in Leopard version
IF I have interpreted all the discussion on preserving volume icns, let me try to ask a very specific question, Dave.
If my internal drive has ICN#1 and my current clone .sparseimage has ICN#2, then Superduper 2.5 or whatever for Leopard will automatically keep ICN#2 for the clone when cloning ... and when restoring from the clone, the restored internal drive will have ICN#1 ... and I no longer have to run a special shell script after cloning/restoring like I have had to do for SuperDuper 2.1.x and earlier. |
