Defining/reusing a back up (to/from/script) "task"
I have several backup tasks I'd like to perform on a regular basis. Essentially backing up different volumes to different external USB drives.
For example: "Copy Macintosh HD to WesternDigital250 using scriptA" "Copy Content to WesternDigital750 using scriptB" "Copy Work to Maxtor500 using scriptA" When I fire up SD, it immediately defaults to the last backup I made (Copy Macintosh HD), and substitutes whatever external USB drive is mounted (to XXXX). I expected to see something like a drop down list allowing me to select a "backup task" which defined to/from/script. As far as i can tell, I would have to select the copy to/from drives and any custom script each time I wanted to use SD. Is this true? Thanks |

No. Save your settings (File > Save) and then load the settings you'd like from File > Load Settings or File > Recent... or launch them from Finder.
