Using SD to backup multiple disks clearly

I admit to being a little dim and literal, so excuse this question, please : I want to make regular back-up clones of:

1) my single internal Mac HD.
2) my image storage HD's---I have 3 of them.

I'd like my backup to keep each disk's back-up separate, so that when I look at the back-up disk, I see:

1) Mac IntHD backup
2) Firewire Disk 1 backup
3) Firewire Disk 2 backup
4) Firewire Disk 3 backup

How can I accomplish this?

Thanks,

Jon
