Simple Scheduling Question

I've turned on scheduling for backup.

Here's my question: Do I have to leave SuperDuper! running or will it start up on schedule and do its backup?

Did you review the Scheduling section of the User's Guide (Help > User's Guide)? :)

(Please do. You don't have to keep SuperDuper running, but there are other tips in there, OK?)
