Well, the weekend went well, the couple whose wedding we attended are happy and relieved to be done, and Lee and Mike managed to handle Ketzl with grace and aplomb.
We were a bit worried about K’s “bathroom routine” so, to make it easier for them to express K’s bladder, we put her on two drugs specifically designed for this use. This worked a bit too well—while Ketzl was able to control herself inside, as soon as she hit the great outdoors, the flood began. I think their porch stairs got a good dose: sorry about that!
Happily, their dog Red was very accepting of the intruder and got along swimmingly with the old girl.
Support was a bit of a bear—don’t you guys take holiday weekends off?—but a few hours a day, plus occasional check-ins via mobile phone browser & email—kept things moving. Hopefully, none of you who needed help felt slighted.
So, good news all around. Congratulations to Ben & Irene, and thanks to Lee & Mike (& Red) for making our attendance possible.

Hi :
I read your article (Blog?) about Ketzl with a few tears.. I have been through the same scenario a couple times myself, I mean having to put down a beautiful friend of 16 years..
I was a little suprized to read about Ketzl as I thought I would find an article on Super Duper..
Anyhow the blog is confusing to me as I know nothing about blogs and It seems like the story of Ketzl’s problems should have been in chronological order ??, starting at the top and reading down.
Not So??
I do like Super Duper and use it weekly to back up my stuff.. Thank you.

Hi, Robert. The posts are in reverse chronological order—all of the Ketzl posts are in the “Personal” category, and you’ll find SuperDuper! posts under the “SuperDuper!” category. (Blogs generally show the most recent stuff on the first page.)
My blog generally discusses lots of things, and jumps around between topics. Some are about SuperDuper!, some about personal things… it all depends what strikes my fancy that day. Hope it’s not too confusing!
