How to save changes ...
I'm brand new to SuperDuper. I bought a LaCie drive and everything because I believe this program is excellent. I have a question and it might be a very stupid question but I'd rather be secure with knowing.
Say I go to a friend's house and bootup on his Mac using my LaCie. It has my entire computer on it's drive because I used SuperDuper. If I changed something (read and saved some mail, added a slide to a Keynote presentation), how do I ensure that I can make sure those changes can be moved over onto my internal HDD drive? I think I know the answer but I want to be sure. I think what I would need to do is boot up using my LaCie on my MacBook Pro, open SuperDuper, do a "Smart Update" (which is what I would normally do when backing up to my LaCie) but just do it in reverse. Basically moving all the changed files back to my internal. Is that right?
